Cancellation Policy
We try our best to be as fair as possible to our customers and our workshop leaders when dealing with booking cancellations. If you have booked a session which you can no longer attend, you will receive:
a full refund/exchange* if you cancel up to 14 days before the session.
40% refund/exchange* if you cancel up to 3 days before the session.
Please note that if you cancel less than 3 days before the session we are unable to give you a refund as this does not leave us with enough time to fill your space. If you wish, you can transfer your booking to another available workshop date. However, this will not be possible if your cancellation means we have to call off the entire class because we do not meet the minimum number of participants and you will receive a voucher to the value of 50% of your original purchase. We will make this clear to you upon your cancellation. If you cannot attend one of our upcoming sessions, we will give you a voucher to the value of 50% of your original purchase.
If you cancel on the day of the workshop, we cannot process a refund or transfer your booking and you will receive a voucher to the value of 50% of your original purchase.
We are a small studio and cancellations have a huge financial impact on us and we hope you understand this.

There is a non-refundable booking fee of £2.00 per person.
*Exchange can be made for another workshop, which you should arrange with us via email.
